These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Rumany ("Platform", "we", "us") and any individual ("Member", "you") who registers or uses Rumany.

By using the Rumany website (rumany.net), mobile application, or any associated service, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

• Harassing or defrauding other members.
• Exploiting any system bug or glitch to gain an unfair advantage.
• Betting using match-fixing arrangements or Sports insider information.
• Selling, transferring, or renting your account to another person.

Rumany reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Failure to verify identity or submission of false information.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
